A clip of the Mazinger Z cartoon, the ultimate grandaddy of current giant mecha/Super Robot anime. While obviously a product of Japan, the American version didn't fly so hot in the states as it was badly edited to keep the kids safe from cartoon violence. Thankfully Mazinger Z was fairly huge in Spain for a bit and once in a while a Spanish dubbed episode would pop up on odd local cable channel, much to the delight of the giant-robot starved kids in the 80s.
